Shipping by USPS

Free Domestic Shipping: Orders over $25 (pre-tax) ship free within the United States. Orders under $25 ship for a flat $6.

Fulfillment & Carriers: Orders ship from our third-party warehouse in Michigan. Our standard service uses the trusted USPS Ground service, offering speed and reliability. 

Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.

USPS Ground (US): Our standard shipping method provides fast and reliable delivery.

  • Transit Time: Deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Tracking: Full end-to-end tracking is provided, with regular updates appearing as the package moves through the USPS network.

You will receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Typical total transit time within the US is 3–5 business days. Tracking is provided on all shipments by email. Carrier delays are outside our control.

Priority Shipping (US): USPS Priority (2–3 business days) is available for a flat $9.95. Please note that the 1–2 business day handling time still applies before dispatch.

Duties & Fees (US): All US orders ship domestically, so there are no additional tariffs or import fees. Currently, sales tax is only collected for customers ordering to Michigan.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to most countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination and local regulations.

All customs codes are generic and typically declared as “glass craft”. No brand names or additional product details are included on customs documentation.

Regional Shipping

Shipping to Canada: Flat rate CAD $14.99.

All duties and taxes for Canada are pre-paid in advance, so customers should not incur additional import charges on delivery.

Shipping to Mexico: Flat rate GBP £9.99 or approximately 242 MXN.

Import duties may apply on orders above $50 depending on local customs regulations. Please include your RFC number at checkout when required.

Shipping to Central & South America: Flat rate GBP £14.99, covering Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay.

Import duties or taxes may apply depending on local regulations and order value.

Dispatch Location

Depending on stock availability and delivery speed, international orders may ship from either the United States or the United Kingdom. We select the dispatch location that minimizes delivery time and shipping cost.

Returns, Warranty & Customs

International Return Policy:

Used or opened items cannot be returned internationally. Unused and unopened items may be returned if received within 30 days. Customers are responsible for all international return shipping costs.

International Warranty Policy:

We do not accept international returns or warranty claims for used vape parts.

Customs Information:

Your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees depending on your country’s regulations. Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise, such as Canada where duties and taxes are pre-paid.

Delayed Shipping

International delivery times typically range from 5–15 business days, although some shipments may take up to 30 days depending on customs processing and local postal services.
