Shipping Policy

Free US Shipping: Orders over $25 (pre-tax) ship free within the United States. Orders under $25 ship for a flat $6.

 

Fulfillment & Carriers: Orders ship from our 3rd-party warehouse in Michigan. Our standard free service uses the SaverShip network and may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon Logistics, Better Trucks, or Veho. We select the best option for speed and cost.

 

Processing & Transit Times: Handling time is 1–2 business days. Typical transit time is 4–7 business days. Tracking is provided on all shipments. Carrier delays are outside our control.

 

Priority Shipping (US): USPS Priority (2–3 business days) is available for a flat $9.95.

 

Customer Collection (US): We offer free local pickup on all orders from our third-party fulfillment warehouse in Traverse City, Michigan.


Simply select “Customer Collection” at checkout, then wait for an email confirming your order is ready for pickup.


When collecting, please bring your order ID and name for verification.

Duties & Fees (US): US orders ship domestically; no additional tariffs or import fees.

 

International Shipping: Available to most countries. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on destination and are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Please note that all customs codes are generic and generally set as 'glass craft' - no brand names or other information is given.

 

Shipping to Canada: Flat rate set at CAD $14.99, duties may be charged, but often the order value is set low enough that duties are not triggered.

 

Shipping to Mexico: Flat rate set at GBP9.99 or 242 Pesos, duties may be charged on orders above $50, but often the order value is set low enough that duties are not triggered. Please include your RFC number when checking out. 

 

Shipping to Central and South America: Flat rate of GBP14.99 to cover Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Columbia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay. Again, duties may be charged over a certain amount.

Dispatch Location for International Orders: Based on stock and speed, your order may ship from the US or the UK. We choose the origin to minimize cost and delivery time.

 

International return policy:

We do not accept any used or opened items internationally. For items that have yet to be used or opened, we can accept returns if received within 30 days of returning them. We do not cover international shipping costs for returns.

International warranty policy:

We do not accept international returns for any vape parts that have been used. 

Customs information:

Your shipment may be subject to import charges and customs fees; these will be your responsibility to pay and are not included in our shipping costs. For most countries import duties are low but please check yourself before purchase. 

Delayed Shipping:

We ask for your patience with international orders. While orders are set to deliver anywhere from 5-15 business days, we have seen international orders take up to 30 days. If you have any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team via LiveChat.
