🇺🇸 Part 1: United States Store Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We operate from a domestic third-party fulfillment center in Michigan to ensure your orders move quickly and securely through the network.

  • Handling Time: All orders require 1–2 business days for processing and packing before dispatch, regardless of the chosen shipping speed.

  • Tracking: Full end-to-end tracking is included with every order. An automated confirmation email containing your active tracking link will be sent the moment the carrier scans your package at our warehouse.

  • Taxes & Tariffs: Because these orders ship domestically within the US, there are no import fees or tariffs. Sales tax is currently only collected for orders delivered within the state of Michigan.

  • Carrier Delays: While delivery timeframes are highly reliable, actual transit times are subject to local postal network performance and factors outside our direct control.

Regional & International Rates From the US Hub

We offer international shipping to most destinations worldwide, with precise costs calculated directly at your checkout window.

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: CAD $14.99 Flat Rate. All import duties and local taxes are pre-paid in advance at checkout. You will not incur any additional delivery fees or import charges upon arrival.

  • 🇲🇽 Mexico: GBP £9.99 (Approx. 242 MXN) Flat Rate. Orders valued over $50 may be subject to local import fees depending on regional customs laws. Please ensure you input your RFC number at checkout if required by local authorities.

  • 🌎 Central & South America: GBP £14.99 Flat Rate. Covers shipping to Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay. Local import taxes or customs fees remain the responsibility of the recipient.

International Logistics, Customs, & Returns

  • Discreet Packing: All international customs documentation is prepared generically, typically declared safely as “glass craft”. Absolutely no brand names, product identifiers, or explicit contents are listed on the external packaging or documentation.

  • Dispatch Strategy: International orders are fulfilled dynamically from either our United States or United Kingdom facilities based on stock availability and the fastest transit path to your door.

    Shopping Note: If you are ordering from outside North or South America, we highly recommend switching to the UK or DE localized versions of our website via the country selector in the top corner to minimize shipping costs and transit times.

  • Transit Expectations: Standard international transit typically takes 5–15 business days, but can occasionally take up to 30 days depending on local customs clearance speed and regional postal delivery schedules.

  • International Return & Warranty Policy: We do not accept returns or warranty claims for any parts or items that have been used or opened internationally. Completely unused and unopened items in factory condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt. The customer is entirely responsible for all international return shipping costs.

🇬🇧 Part 2: United Kingdom Store Policy

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

All UK domestic orders are dispatched safely from within the country, ensuring fast transit with zero exposure to cross-border import fees.

  • Handling & Fulfillment: Orders have a standard processing timeframe of 1–2 business days before being handed over to the carrier. While packages generally land within two days of dispatch, we cannot be held legally liable for occasional carrier network delays.

  • Global Stores: We maintain separate domestic inventory pools inside the UK, US, Canada, and the EU. If you are shipping to an address outside the United Kingdom, please use the main header menu to select your specific region to ensure domestic fulfillment and avoid international fees.

  • Rest of World International Shipping: For destinations completely outside our primary domestic fulfillment zones, a flat shipping fee of £9.95 applies to regular small packages. International orders shipped outside our four primary zones may be subject to local customs fees and import duties upon arrival.

UK Returns & Refund Architecture

  • Our UK Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your setup. We accept domestic returns within a 14-day window following confirmed delivery to your address.

  • Condition Guidelines: Ideally, returns should be completely unused, clean, and in their original packaging. However, if you are genuinely dissatisfied with your item's performance, we understand it may have been slightly used during testing. Contact us directly first, and we will arrange a full refund or a replacement order based entirely on your preference.

  • International Shipments Return Exception: Our flexible used-product return policy does not apply internationally. We do not accept returns or warranty claims for any vape parts or accessories that have been used or opened outside the UK. Unused, factory-sealed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery at the customer’s sole shipping expense.

🇩🇪 Part 3: Europäische Union (DE Store Policy)

EU-Versandbedingungen

Express-Optionen (Optionales Upgrade):

  • UPS Standard (Lieferung in ca. 3 Werktagen): 14,99 €

  • UPS Express (Lieferung in ca. 1 Werktag): 34,99 €

  • Bearbeitungszeit: Alle Bestellungen werden innerhalb von 1–2 Werktagen für den Versand vorbereitet. Der Express-Versand erfolgt ausschließlich an regulären Werktagen (Montag bis Freitag).

  • Zustellung in Deutschland: Der grenzüberschreitende Transport wird über zuverlässige Netzwerke wie Royal Mail, Spring Logistics oder Landmark Global abgewickelt. Die finale Zustellung an Ihre Adresse in Deutschland erfolgt über vertrauenswürdige lokale Partner wie DHL, Hermes oder DPD.

100% Zoll- und Gebührenschutz innerhalb der EU

Keine versteckten Kosten bei der Lieferung. Alle anfallenden Steuern und Einfuhrabgaben werden transparent direkt beim Checkout berechnet und von uns abgeführt. Die Zollgebühren sind bereits vollständig im Endpreis enthalten—Ihr Paket wird ohne zusätzliche Zahlungsforderungen an Sie übergeben.

Rückgaben, Umtausch & Einschränkungen für die EU

  • Ausschluss bei Nutzung: Aus hygienischen und gesetzlichen Gründen können benutzte, getestete oder geöffnete Artikel und Vape-Zubehörteile nicht aus dem Ausland zurückgenommen werden. Eine Garantie-Rückgabe für gebrauchte Funktionsteile ist ausgeschlossen.

  • Unbenutzte Artikel: Wenn ein Produkt noch komplett unbenutzt und originalverpackt ist, können Sie es innerhalb von 30 Tagen an uns zurücksenden. Die Kosten für den internationalen Rückversand werden nicht von uns übernommen.

  • Internationaler Versand (Außerhalb der EU): Lieferungen in Länder außerhalb unserer Kernzonen sind problemlos möglich, wobei die exakten Versandkosten im Checkout ermittelt werden. Die Lieferzeiten betragen hierbei meist 5–15 Werktage, können in Einzelfällen zollbedingt jedoch bis zu 30 Tage dauern. Etwaige länderspezifische Einfuhrabgaben außerhalb der EU liegen in der Verantwortung des Käufers.
