Easier to swap
Press either end to lift it out. No bending it into shape.
Spares on hand
Packs of 10 or 20, so a clogged screen never ends a session.
Let the oven cool
Wait about 10 minutes after use before touching the screen.
Lift the old screen out
Press either end with the Multi-Tool, or push it out with the wire brush through the vapour path.
Drop the new one in
Lay it over the vapour path and press the centre with the oven lid or Multi-Tool.
Pack and close
Load the oven and fit the lid.

Which PAX models do they fit?
PAX 2, PAX 3, PAX PLUS, PAX MINI, PAX MINI 2 and PAX FOUR. Not the PAX FLOW, which has its own screens. See the compatibility list.
How do I clean a screen?
Soak it in isopropyl alcohol, rinse with warm water and let it dry fully. PAX suggests cleaning the screen every few oven loads. See our oven cleaning guide.
Are oven screens the same as PAX filters?
Yes. 'Filter' and 'oven screen' are two names for the same part: the small steel mesh that sits over the vapour path in the oven and keeps material out of it.
Is this an official PAX screen?
No. The 3D Oven Screens is made by The Vapetrix for the ovens listed above. It isn't made or sold by PAX.
How is this different from the flat screen?
This one is raised, so material sits above the oven floor. The Flat Oven Screens match the original flat style. See the comparison and our article on 3D screens vs regular screens.
Does it fit the PAX 4 and PAX Mini 2?
Yes. PAX lists the 3D oven screen as compatible with the PAX FOUR and the new PAX MINI (2), as well as the PAX 2, 3, MINI and PLUS.
